چکیده

In the current study, plain and lignin loaded with Zeolite Y, hydrogen was decomposed in a pyrolysis chamber. The reaction parameters were optimized 390 °C, 3% catalyst time of 40 min observed as most suitable conditions for better oil yield. bio-oil collected from catalyzed non-catalyzed pyrolytic reactions analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GCMS). Catalytic resulted production consisting 15 components ranging C3 to C18 high percentage fuel range benzene derivatives. Non-catalytic produced that consists 58 C24; however, number quantity hydrocarbons lower than products. studied kinetically both samples using thermogravimetry at heating rates 5, 10, 20 °C/min temperature 20–600 °C. activation energies pre-exponential factors calculated Kissinger equation non-catalytic catalytic decomposition found be 157.96 kJ/mol, 141.33 2.66 × 1013 min?1 2.17 1010 min?1, respectively. It concluded worked well decrease energy enhance quality generated.

Aromatic Hydrocarbons Production from Catalysis of Douglas Fir Sawdust Pellets Pyrolysis Vapor over Zeolite Catalyst

The direct catalytic cracking of biomass pyrolysis vapor into aromatics derived from Douglas fir sawdust pellets was tested using an upfront microwave pyrolysis process coupled with a packed-bed catalysis process using a ZSM-5 Zeolite catalyst. A central composite experimental design (CCD) was used to optimize the bio-oil and syngas yields. The effects of temperature and inverse weight hourly s...

Pyrolysis of latex gloves in the presence of Y-zeolite.

In this study we have investigated the possibility of processing waste rubber gloves using pyrolysis. Y-zeolite catalyst was employed to upgrade the pyrolysis products to give higher yields of valuable aromatic compounds such as toluene and xylenes. The composition of the pyrolysis products was determined using gas chromatography with linked mass spectrometry (GC-MS), gas chromatograph equipped...

Production of Liquid Fuel from Pyrolysis of WasteTires

Worldwide energy crisis forced the researchers to explore for new and alternate sources of energy. For the developing countries this problems are acute. Generation of any kind of waste is a problem to the environment. Some wastes have the characteristics of producing energy by different thermochemical conversion. In the present work, waste tires were pyrolysed in a fixed bed reactor. The influe...

High Catalytic Efficiency of Lignin Depolymerization over Low Pd-Zeolite Y Loading at Mild Temperature

This article reported a novel low-temperature process for aromatics production through lignin depolymerization catalyzed by 0.1 wt% Pd-zeolite Y catalyst prepared by a facile method. Under the same reactive condition, the as-prepared Pd-zeolite Y catalysts exhibited much higher catalytic efficiency than zeolite Y or commercial Pd/Al2O3–zeolite composites. The selectivity of the Pd-zeolite Y tow...

Jet-Fuel Range Hydrocarbons from Biomass-Derived Sorbitol over Ni-HZSM-5/SBA-15 Catalyst

Aromatics and cyclic-hydrocarbons are the significant components of jet fuel with high energy-density. However, conventional technologies for bio-fuel production cannot produce these products without further aromatization and isomerization. In this work, renewable liquid fuel with high content of aromatics and cyclic-hydrocarbons was obtained through aqueous catalytic conversion of biomass sorb...
